Status Types:

queue_status (API field) = combined status from backend including encounter state

Valid Transitions (from VALID_STATUS_TRANSITIONS):

Terminal confirmation: fulfilled, cancelled, noshow require confirmation dialog with optional reason.

Past dates: Status shown as read-only badge, no dropdown.
