Bug #35: Email Field Missing in Patient App Profile Edit

Description: Patient signs up with email, but the email field is not visible in the profile edit page. Patient cannot update their email later.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Patient signs up with email "test@example.com"
- Go to Profile → Edit
- Check for email field → Not visible ❌
Expected: Email field should be editable in profile settings Actual: Email field missing from edit form
