1. Prescription Groups

Prescription groups are reusable templates for advice, diet, and notes content.

Prescription templates are complete prescription templates that reference existing groups. Templates can combine:

Advice Group - PrescriptionGroup with group_type: 'advice'
Diet Group - PrescriptionGroup with group_type: 'diet'
Notes Group - PrescriptionGroup with group_type: 'note'
Medicine Group - for medicine collections
Test Group - for lab test collections
Direct content - advice, diet, notes text

Template Types

Prescription templates can have the following types based on their content:

Type	Description
`simple`	Only direct content (advice/diet/notes), no group references
`grouped`	Only group references, no direct content
`hybrid`	Both direct content and group references
`empty`	No content (will fail validation)
